Vagish Pandey

Vagish is an Advocate and a Registered Patent Agent (INPA-5056) with an experience of over 4 years in IP and technology law. He specializes in patent drafting, prosecution, and advising on the entire spectrum of IP laws and technology-related legal matters, including free and open source software licenses. Vagish earned an LL.B. (Hons) in Intellectual Property Law from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur, and holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Previously, he served as Assistant Manager – IP Legal at TVS Motor Company Ltd., Bengaluru, where he managed IP asset creation, mining, and prosecution of patents and designs for India, US, EP and other jurisdictions like Latin America.
