Ms. Sharma is a Law Graduate as well as a Science Graduate (Chemistry) from Delhi University. She is the Senior most member of the Firm as she has been a part of it since past 13 years. Initially she started her career with trademark prosecution and thereafter; expanded to the IP litigation practice. Her forte has expanded to complex patent litigation in Bio-tech, Pharma and Chemicals sector. She has handled various high profile cases in the field of Patents, Biologics/Biosimilars, Data protection, Designs and trademarks. Ms. Sharma is an active member of INTA & APAA and has also been elected as an Executive member of AIPPI for Indian Group.

Sudeep Chatterjee obtained his law degree from Lucknow University in 2000 and also has done master’s in software development and software engineering. He handles all infringement matters relating to copyright and trademarks and domain-related issues including filing of UDRP complaints. He has handled various high-profile cases in the field of Copyright, Trademarks, Data protection, anti-counterfeiting and UDRP. He regularly conducts Civil and Criminal raids vis-à-vis Counterfeiting.
He was a part of the Parliamentary Standing Committees which was constituted to look into the Copyright Amendment Bill, 2010. He regularly gives advice to the DIPP on copyright related issues and is also on their panel.
He is the Secretary of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (Indian group) and is also a member of the Association’s Copyright Committee besides being a Council Member of APAA. Since the year 2008 he has been a part of the INTA Committees and has served in the Trademarks Committee as well as in the Non-traditional marks committee. Currently he is a member of the INTA Copyright Committee (2018 – 2019) and is also a member of INTA – India Global Advisory Council.
In the year 2015 he was awarded “Rising Star below 40” by Legal Era. WIPR has recognized him as “Leaders in Trademarks” for the years 2016, 2017 & 2018 while “Chambers & Partners” has ranked him as “Band 3 Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer in India” for 2017 & 2018. He also got the Clients Choice Award for Copyright in 2018. He has also been ranked by ManagingIP as an IP Star for Trademarks for 2018-19.
Patent – (Prosecution & Litigation), Competition
She is a graduate from Delhi University with a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Physics. She completed her law from Delhi University and graduated in 2007. She has also done post graduate diploma courses in IPR law and Securities and Banking Laws. She heads one of the patent litigation team which primarily deals with the patent litigation and has handled various landmark cases. She has extensiveexperience in relation to disputes pertaining to the field of Standard Essential Patents. She has also experience of negotiating and executing FRAND licensing deal on behalf SEP owners.
Ashutosh Kumar is working with the firm as a Partner and he holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and law. He has also done Masters in the field of Intellectual Property Laws from University College London, London where along with other branches of IP Law, he specialized in the field of Patent Law as well as in Competition Law and IP interface. He has joined the firm in 2012. His work profile includes Patent and Competition Law Litigation. He has worked on various highly contentious cases pertaining to the field of patents as well as competition laws which include amongst others Novartis vs. Union of India and Ericsson vs Competition Commission of India.
She has completed her Bachelor of Technology in the field of biotechnology from Uttar Pradesh Technology University in 2007. She has also done Post Graduate Diploma course in Intellectual Property Rights from Global Institute of Intellectual Property in 2010. She has qualified the Indian Patent Agent Examination in 2011. Before joining Singh & Singh in April 2012, she used to work for a Delhi based Law Firm. Her work profile includes Patent Prosecution, Patent Opposition and Revocation and Patent Litigation. She is also involved in prosecution matters before Patent Office and litigation matters before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, various High Courts as well as Supreme Court of India.
Mohit Wadhwa completed Law from ILS Law College, the University of Pune in 2006. He was admitted to the bar in 2006. Before joining Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP, in April 2017, he used to work for a Delhi based Law firms. He is currently the Associate Partner in the Firm. His work profile includes Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Opposition, Trademark Rectification before Trade Marks Office & Intellectual Property Appellate Board, and Copyright Prosecution.
Devanshu completed his engineering in the field of Information Technology and then went onto pursue his LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Devanshu has closely worked with the Think Tank which was entrusted with the task of drafting India’s first National IPR policy. Devanshu is also a registered Patent Agent with the Indian Intellectual Property Office. Before commencing work at Singh & Singh, Devanshu worked in the chambers of Mrs. Prathiba M. Singh, Senior Advocate for two years. He was also appointed as a facilitator by the Government of India under the Start-UPs Intellectual Property Protection(SIPP) Scheme. He has also assisted various departments of the Government on critical issues such as guidelines relating to ‘Patentability of Computer Related Inventions’. Devanshu is currently part of the Patent Litigation team and has actively worked on matters involving Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and pharmaceutical patents.
Kunal completed his B.A., L.L.B from C.C.S University, Meerut in the year 2014. He has been associated with the firm since 2014 and is currently handling the Telecom and Broadcasting disputes. He also has 2 years experience in Criminal Law and matrimonial disputes.
Rohan Swarup completed his graduation and law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi in 2014. He joined Singh and Singh in 2014 and is dealing with a variety of matters in the areas of Telecom, Broadcasting, Arbitration, IPR and Consumer Protection before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, TDSAT and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Vrinda Pathak is a graduate of National Law University, Odisha (2012-2017). She has an Honours Degree in Business and law. She has been working on Intellectual property law matters since 2017, which includes handling patent, trademark, design and copyright litigation as well as trade mark prosecution and advisory work. She has been working with Singh and Singh Law Firm LLP since 2018 an as associate.
Aadya graduated from National Law University, Delhi in 2018 (Gold medalist) and secured the Justice Prathiba M. Singh Cambridge Trust Scholarship to pursue a Masters in Law (LLM) with a Specialization in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge. She completed her LLM with a First Division and went on to work with six leading Barrister Sets in London as a Pegasus Scholar of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. Ms. Chawla has previously worked with an independent advocate on civil and commercial disputes at various Courts and Tribunals in Delhi and as a Law Researcher at the Delhi High Court. At Singh & Singh, she handles trade mark, copyright, patent and drug regulatory litigation.
Sajan is an electronics engineer turned Lawyer. He completed his Law from Delhi University. Prior to joining law profession, he worked as a Development Engineer in Syntel, Chennai for around 1.5 years. Presently, he primarily deals with the patent and trademarks litigation and is a part of few of the notable SEP’s litigation pending before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. He is having significant experience of negotiating and executing FRAND licensing deal on behalf of SEP owners. He also has wide experience in Patent drafting, Patent prosecution and other contagious proceedings like revocation, compulsory licensing and pre grant/post-grant oppositions. In addition, he use to appear on behalf of the Accused/Defendants in socio-economic offences and in various other criminal proceedings before the Delhi High Court and other Courts spreading across the country.
Vinod graduated in Law from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2017 and is registered as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi and has been a practicing Attorney before Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked in Industry in Research & Development and Quality Control Department before joining law school. He is associated with Singh and Singh Law Firm and handling, inter alia, various Patent, Trade Mark and copyright matters.
Vrinda is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She completed her law in the year 2017 from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Prior to joining Singh & Singh Law Firm, Vrinda worked as a Law Researcher at the High Court of Delhi on the Tax, First Appeal and Original Side rosters. She joined the firm in October, 2019. Vrinda is currently working with the Patent Litigation team of the firm.

Sanya completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School and she also holds a PG diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute. She is associated with the firm since 2018 and is presently working with the Trademarks Prosecution team and is involved in all matters pertaining to trademark filing, oppositions, infringement, Design and Copyright prosecution.
Tanya completed her law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2020. She has also done LLM in the field of Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Laws from Jindal Global Law School, Jindal Global University. She joined Singh and Singh in 2021 and is working as an Associate in the firm. She is currently dealing with a variety of matters in the areas of Trademark Litigation, Copyright, Taxation, Telecommunication and Broadcasting Disputes and other Civil and Commercial Laws before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and other District Courts/Tribunals.
George Vithayathil is an India qualified advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala with LL.B. (Hons. IPR) and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical). He completed his LL.B. in 2021 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to joining Singh and Singh Law Firm in January 2023, he was working at Khaitan & Co. George has worked in the field of intellectual property litigation and prosecution and is currently working as an Associate in the IP Litigation Team of the firm.
Harsshita Pothiraj completed her B.B.A. LL.B. from University School of Law & Legal Studies (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University), in 2023, with first division. Prior to her graduation, she actively interned at various reputed law firms and participated in moot court competitions. She joined Singh and Singh in July 2023 and has been working with the Patent Litigation Team of the firm.
Munesh is an advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. He completed his LL.B. in 2018 from Amity University, Noida. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering. Prior to joining Singh and Singh Law Firm, he worked in the field of Litigation across all courts in New Delhi. Munesh joined the firm in November, 2019 and currently working as an Associate with the Patent Litigation team.
Nandini attained her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, in the year 2023. Subsequently, she was duly enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi in the same year. In 2023, she commenced her professional tenure at Singh and Singh, where she specializes in handling litigation pertaining to trademarks, copyrights, and drug regulatory matters.
Radhika Pareva completed her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2022 with first division. She has also completed a one-year post-graduate diploma in Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi with first division. Before entering the legal profession, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with distinction. She joined Singh and Singh in November, 2022, prior to which she was actively interning at other reputed law firms in Intellectual Property Laws, Information Technology Laws and Indirect Taxation. Currently, she is working with the Patent Litigation team at the firm.
Sanyam is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, Delhi University wherein he completed his LL.B. in 2021. He also holds a bachelor degree in commerce(Hons.) from Delhi University. Prior to joining Singh & Singh in April, 2023, he worked with the office of Standing Counsel for Delhi Government and Delhi Police where he represented various departments of Government of Delhi before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. At Singh & Singh, he is dealing with a variety of matters in the areas of trademark and copyright litigation along with Telecom and Consumer Disputes.
Swarnil is an alumnus of the IIT Kharagpur Law School and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He also has a B. Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is a globally certified cybersecurity professional. He is associated with civil and commercial litigation, which contours disputes in lis relating to enforcement of intellectual property rights in patent and trademark infringement matters, breach and termination of contracts, employment laws, and anti-trust. He takes keen interest in cases, pertaining to employer-employee disputes and other service matters involving- wrongful termination, breach of confidentiality, restraint of trade, or disputes pertaining to full-and-final settlements. Swarnil also has a significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT-services agreements, especially in deals catering the BFSI sector. This involves advising businesses, amongst others, in matters of legal & regulatory frameworks, aligning and encompassing latest IT and cybersecurity frameworks in service-provider agreements, data-security, software-licensing & IP transactions. He has earlier worked with in-house CRS and IRMC service-lines in structuring corporate cybersecurity frameworks from a legal and technical standpoint, for threat minimization and pre-emptive legal measures. This also involved reviewing SAAS and PAAS vendor-contracts, with emphasis on cloud & infrastructure risks, application security, and other platforms. He regularly reviews and drafts Master Services agreements, partnership agreements, MOUs, POC licenses, NDAs, and Legal Notices of all domains. He is an avid writer in areas of his interest and has several journal publications to his credit.
