Bayer Intellectual Property GMBH Vs. Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd

The Delhi High Court has ruled that Indian companies Alembic and Natco Pharmaceuticals can export generic versions of two of German drug maker Bayer's life saving medicines for research and regulatory purposes.
