The Delhi High Court directed Britannia Industries Ltd to withdraw its Nutri Choice Digestive Zero biscuits in their current packaging in four weeks from the market after ITC Ltd alleged the former had copied the packaging of its Sunfeast Farmlite Digestive All Good biscuits.
