AKANKSHA SIKRI

Akanksha completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi (GGSIPU) in the year 2017 and was enrolled in Bar Council of Delhi in the same year. She holds a Diploma in Media & Entertainment Laws and Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute. She joined Singh & Singh in January, 2021 and has in total a relevant experience of dealing in Trademarks, Copyright and Design Prosecution of more than 4 (Four) years. At present, she is handling Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Oppositions, Rectification, Copyright Prosecution and renders specialized opinions to Indian and foreign clients, conducting trademark clearance searches, tackling infringement, providing clearance opinions and brand protection across industries.
