Trademark & Patent - (Prosecution & Litigation) Ms. Sharma is a Law Graduate as well as a Science Graduate (Chemistry) from Delhi University. She is the Senior most member of the Firm as she has been a part of it since past 13 years. Initially she started her career with trademark prosecution and thereafter; expanded to the IP litigation practice. Her forte has expanded to complex patent litigation in Bio-tech, Pharma and Chemicals sector. She has handled various high profile cases in the field of Patents, Biologics/Biosimilars, Data protection, Designs and trademarks. Ms. Sharma is an active member of INTA & APAA and has also been elected as an Executive member of AIPPI for Indian Group.
