Patent - (Prosecution & Litigation), Competition She is a graduate from Delhi University with a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Physics. She completed her law from Delhi University and graduated in 2007. She has also done post graduate diploma courses in IPR law and Securities and Banking Laws. She heads one of the patent litigation team which primarily deals with the patent litigation and has handled various landmark cases. She has extensiveexperience in relation to disputes pertaining to the field of Standard Essential Patents. She has also experience of negotiating and executing FRAND licensing deal on behalf SEP owners.
