VIKRAM SINGH DALAL

Vikram is an engineering graduate, B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), in the field of Electronics, from University of Delhi. He has a post-graduate degree in LL.B. from Law Centre – 1, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Prior to joining Singh & Singh, Mr. Dalal has worked in the fields of Civil Commercial Litigation, Criminal Litigation, and Dispute Resolution, across District Courts in Delhi and High Court of Delhi. At Singh & Singh, he currently handles patent litigation involving complex pharmaceutical patent disputes, as well as trademark, copyright and regulatory disputes. Mr. Dalal’s practice also includes advisory, opinion, and regulatory work related to all intellectual property rights.
